The Fox River Spelling Bee was held this week. We had 4 participants in the event: Madison, Esme, Eleanor, and Gabe. After 10 rounds, Gabe was declared the winner!

Dental services are provided at school during the day and visits are held throughout the year. All students without a family dentist are encouraged to enroll today. There is no cost for the services. Services include: teeth cleanings, oral screenings, fluoride varnish, sealant retention check, SDF applications, sealants, dental health education, and referral assistance. Enroll on their website.

The Waterford Graded School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Scanlan as the new Principal of Fox River Middle School. Mr. Scanlan was selected after a comprehensive search that included 31 applications, with 9 candidates moving to the first round of interviews and 3 finalists proceeding to the second round.

Fox River Drone Team brought the HEAT to the IceStorm tournament! Jacob Felber & Quinn Palmer took 1st PLACE in the engineering challenge, outperforming college, high school, and other middle school teams! In the drone races, Quinn McMahon blazed through the competition to grab 1st PLACE, winning a new headset & controller

Eight graders are offered the opportunity to sign their names within a 2025 logo printed onto a garment as a memento of their time in middle school.
